After winning a gold medal in 2015, this cheese has become one of our most diverse cheeses, it has a soft creamy texture with a slight acidic taste to follow, it has become the base to some of our most popular cheeses yet.

Feta

This is a traditional feta using full fat goat’s milk. We produce a feta that can be crumbled. It is salted and matured for 3 days before being vacuum packed. We can brine the cheese if a slightly more salty taste is required. We have found that if we don’t brine the cheese we can control the saltiness more effectively.  Beautiful flavour of the cheese comes through effectively

It has a  shelf life 3 months

Halloumi 

Halloumi is a semi-hard, un-ripened brined cheese made from goat's milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled great on the BBQ with salads this summer. Our Halloumi has a fantastic salty firm texture with the mandatory squeak. Initial salty flavour then the lovely flavour of the cheese comes through.
