Lynton

The Lynton is a white rind cheese that has a supple velvety texture with an earthy aroma, as it matures it starts to soften from the inside developing into a luxurious velvety texture.

It initially has a mild creamy mushroom flavour finishing with a slight grassy cabbage back ground note. As the cheese ages these backgrounds notes become more pronounced.
